NEW YORK, Aug. 30, 2021 —Reporters covering Tropical Storm Ida are encouraged to contact the Insurance Information Institute (Triple-I) for interviews and analysis.

Ida made landfall yesterday over Port Fourchon, La. as a Category 4 hurricane, according to the National Hurricane Center.
