ALBANY, NY, February 4, 2010 — Dr. Robert Hartwig, an economist and president of the Insurance Information Institute (I.I.I.), is testifying today before the New York State Senate’s insurance committee on the state’s growing problem of no-fault auto insurance fraud, and how it adversely impacts consumers and insurers. 
 
The Senate hearing gets underway at 10 a.m. It is being held at the Legislative Office Building, 2nd Floor, Hearing Room A, Albany, NY.
